• Eligibility Window:
  Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Item Condition:
  To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all Zaya tags and cards still attached.
• How to Request:
  Simply contact our customer care team via info@zayalounge.com with your order number, and we will arrange the pickup for you.
• Fees & Exchanges: Shipping fees for the new size/model are covered by the customer.
• Returns: A return shipping fee 100 EGP will be deducted from your total refund amount.
• Refund Processing:
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to you via Vodafone Cash/InstaPay within 3-5 business days.

Wash: Cold wash (30°C) inside out on a delicate cycle.

Colors: Wash separately or with similar shades (avoid heavy textures or towels).

Detergent: Mild detergent only. No bleach.

Dry: Do not tumble dry. Air dry on a hanger out of direct sun.

Iron: Low iron on the reverse side only.
