Refund & Exchange Policy - Zaya Lounge

At Zaya Lounge, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Important Note on Delivery & Inspection To ensure hygiene and quality standards for all our customers, please note that opening, testing, or trying on our products in the presence of the delivery courier is not permitted. We kindly ask you to receive your package and inspect your items in the comfort of your home. Should you find any defect, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@zayalounge.com, and we will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange for a hassle-free exchange.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@zayalounge.com with your order details.

  2. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package to our office: 518st. Building 7, 10th Floor, Asafra Bahry, Alexandria, Egypt. Please note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Personal care and beauty items.

  • Sale items and Gift cards.

Exchanges To get your desired item as quickly as possible, the most efficient way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
